On Thursday 14th February four TBS students and Textiles teacher Mrs Marsh attended the Winchester FatFace store to witness the launch of their very own t-shirt and bag design, which will launch in 100 stores across the country, including 10 stores in the south and will be available to purchase online. The design, pictured in the image below, was inspired by ‘Saving Our Seas’ and was designed by students Ella, Amelia, Charlie and Sasha throughout 2018. Fat Face chose the product along, with one other schools, to be launched and sold within their stores. Some of the profits made from the t-shirts and bags will go towards the school, and the rest will go towards FatFace’s Foundation Charity due to the designs focus on saving our seas. A huge congratulations to all students involved, and to Mrs Marsh for her hard work. Earlier on in the week some of our Year 7, 8 and 9 students attended the launch of this years Fat Face competition at The Ageas Bowl in Southampton, so it might not be too long before another TBS product is hitting the stores!
